Jenny Hendricks is truly the heartbeat of the NMRA. As Chief Administrative Officer, she oversees virtually every Headquarters activity. In addition, she interfaces with members in both email and on the phone, takes orders, corrects complaints, and makes sure every member is happy. Jenny’s the point person for projects as far-ranging as the mailing out the annual NMRA Calendar to rectifying invoices after the national convention.
Jenny received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Campbell University, and went on to receive a Master’s degree in Management from the University of St. Francis. She’s been employed by the NMRA for over 14 years.
While Jenny doesn’t have a model railroad (after all, she lives and breathes model railroading all day, every day), she does have a Master Beef Producer Certification and raises Black Angus cattle on her farm in east Tennessee.
She loves spending time with her family doing outdoor activities, and considers her three girls her greatest accomplishment in life.
