Note: This is not a 'How To', but a display of a completed 'Scratchbuilt Project' showing what can be done with some materials and time. It does not have to have been judged for AP Points.

This is the Scmelle Meat Packing Co. on Mike Fifer's N Scale , Albuquerque Carnuel & Tijeras RR , in Las Cruces New Mexico.

Submitted here is the scratchbuilt cattle ramp into the second story of the Packing Plant.

The pattern was laid out on paper and was constructed from Styrene and cut as it was constructed The packing plant and boiler house are kitbashes as well as the pens themselves , but the ramp posed an obstacle that required the scratchbuild. The roof over the second story entrance was added after it was set in place using additional styrene strips. It was then painted weathered black and dry-brushed with light grey acrylics.
