The HUB Division is proud to host Mill City 2020, the Northeast Region annual convention. While headquarters and many activities will take place at the Regency Hotel in Westford, Massachusetts, some of the most unusual and interesting events are scheduled to take place at the nearby Lowell National Park, a fifteen-minute ride from the hotel. In addition to the fascinating live industrial exhibitions and excursion rides at Lowell, all the usual model railroad activities one has come to expect at a NER convention will be available at convention headquarters.

Convention Headquarters is at the Westford Regency Inn, located at 219 Littleton Road, Westford, MA 01886. Conveniently located near Exit 32 on Interstate 495, the Regency is only fifteen minutes from the Lowell National Park. Hotel amenities include an indoor pool, exercise center, and complimentary WIFI, coffee, and cookies. There are two onsite restaurants and many nearby dining options.
