Welcome Aboard on the Peoria Rocket, the 2020 Convention of the NMRA Midwest Region! The Convention is jointly hosted by the Illinois Valley Division and the Illinois Terminal Division. Settle in, and enjoy the journey.
Many aspects of the Convention are still in development, but updates will be posted as soon as they are confirmed. Please check back often for the latest news on the Peoria Rocket 2020.

The Convention is in East Peoria, across the river from downtown Peoria, so this will mainly affect travel into Peoria, to layouts and non-rail activities. It will also particularly affect anyone traveling to the Convention from the Quad Cities or Galesburg areas. A map on the bridge project's web site (link below) indicates the Washington St exit off I-74 westbound will be closed as well; unfortunately, this is the most direct route to the hotel. It appears exit 95 (Main St) may be the best approach.
