Typically held each June, Carillon Historical Park's Rail Festival is a two-day family fun event featuring free miniature train rides, live steam engines, model train displays, historical displays, train merchandise, rail vendors, and more.

Location at Lakota West High School, 8940 Union Centre Blvd. West
Chester, OH 45069. 11 am to 5 pm both days. Many scales; sizes of
operating layouts, plus hundreds of sales tables of new; used model
trains, books, and collectibles. Adults $10 cash-only admission. Kids 12 and under +
Scouts in uniform are free. No animals are allowed except service dogs.
Wheelchair accessible. Food and refreshments are available. Free parking.

Just wanted to get the word out about the Palatka Railroad Preservation Society's Open House Event on National Train Day, May 13, 2023, provided there is no conflict with your organization's activities. The Browning Railroad Museum will be open and both scale model railroads will be operating. Event hours are 11:00 Am to 3:00 PM at Palatka's Train Station. There is no admission fee.
