SECTION 8. Railroad Pass Contest Rules

1. Definition – Competitive event for railroad passes; all entries shall be judged by a team of experienced judges in accordance with the current Railroad Pass Contest Judging Guidelines.
2. Additional Requirements – In addition to the general requirements listed under General Contest information, the following also apply:
   1. Two copies of each entry that has information and artwork on both sides, so that both sides may be displayed.
   2. Mail entries may be accepted subject to the discretion of the National Contest Manager.
3. Categories – All entries shall be grouped in one category.
4. Awards
   1. Place Awards – Plaques shall be given for first, second and third place. Honorable Mention Certificates may be awarded at the discretion of the judges.
